Take A Bite On That Biscuit

Bailey McCarthy opened Biscuit! It's her much anticipated line of soft furnishing and homegoods that she's been working on for quite sometimes. I'm sure her store will be over flowed by a lot of design enthusiasts, her blog stalkers (*cough*...me), interior designers, and just about everybody who had ever stumbled on her blog. I wish I could have a chance to set foot in Biscuit. Will for sure go sugar-high on all her delicious homegoods right at the doorstep. Her blog has been my staple visit everyday ever since her house was featured on designsponge. Fell in love hard with her design ideas, quirkiness and her eye on colors and pattern. And to top it all up, she's one funny bunny! Here's a peek of her work.

Climb Up That Ladder

Current want at the moment. Shelf ladder that will not take up space in my bedroom and I could easily hang my everyday essentials. Perfect storage solution for outfit of the day that I would want to keep in plain sight before the day ends just in case I would have to go out again. I know one thing for sure that it would be most essential for my prayer abaya. But I  guess it's particularly hard to find wooden ladder nowadays especially in my hometown area. This can only mean one thing. I need to DIY one. One project goes into the list...

If We Don't, Remember Me

Found out about this blog today which was featured at no.6 in the recent Time Magazine's list of 25 Best Blogs 2012. It was the title that first caught my eyes. "If We Don't, Remember Me" rings a sad, melancholic circumstance that had surely trigger the drama in me. I just have to click into it right away before even getting to no. 25. IWDRM is a tumblr blog that exhibits animated GIFs from scenes in classic movies curated by Gustaf Mantel, a photographer from Germany. Mantel definitely puts more drama to his art when he entitles each of the cinematoGIFs with poignant quotes from the movie just for good measure. I'm sure everyone of us can relate to these at some point of our lives, can't we?

Project Kick-Off

So we decided to give it a go. Since we have so many things that we are inspired by and share them with each other across two countries for over five years now, we thought it's about time that we document them. Rather than keeping them between just the two of us and sometimes lost them between just the two of us, we finally have the urge to extend our fascination to the world. Who knows maybe this documentation of our love and joy of everything inspiring will be somewhat of a help to some one. Some way. Some how. Some day. Keep on dreaming! We do it on a daily basis. Dreaming is our full time job. Our endless project.
